Photos: RSS found young boy wandering about in Lagos after midnight

Operatives of the Rapid Response Squad of Lagos State Police Command found this young boy wandering around at about 12:35 on Sunday, November 20th. The boy identified as Koffi has since been dropped at the Adeniji Police Station, Lagos Island.
