First degree manslaughter: Cop who fatally shot an unarmed black man turns herself in, released on $50k bond

The white female police officer that was charged with first-degree manslaughter after fatally shooting an unarmed black man, Terence Crutcher, while he had his hands up (Read  here), has turned herself in and has released after posting $50,000 bond.
